Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy involves the person in therapy and the therapist. It is tailored to address the challenges or mental health concerns that are difficult for one to face alone. Individual therapy can help us to overcome challenges and to promote personal growth and emotional wellbeing. Issues that can be explored in individual therapy include; stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, chronic pain, gambling, substance use and/or spirituality.

Couples & Family Therapy

Couples and family sessions are designed to build and rebuild deeper connections within relationships and families. Couples and family therapy allows partners and families to understand each other; through this, individuals can assist each other when going through issues such as trauma, grief conflict or addiction.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is an effective way for individuals to work on themselves in a safe, supportive space. The therapy sessions typically 5-10 members with one or two psychologists for about 90 minutes a week. The therapist (s) work with all group members at the same time.
